It causes small, raised bumps on the face skin along with inflammation, swelling, and peeling on your face and other body parts. It also causes severe itching and affects the mucous, lymph nodes, and skin appendages. Other skin changes associated with stomach cancer include:
Red, violet, or hyperpigmented nodules
Cellulitis-like or erysipelas-like erythematous plaques
Face peeling
Many times, you might even notice some skin peeling off from the face due to dryness, this can be one of the signs of a building stomach cancer.
Swollen lymph nodes
Even though they might not be very visible, an impeding early sign of stomach cancer is a swollen lymph node. It can also be filled with mucus, causing inflammation in various places on the face, especially the forehead.

Secondly, it could also spread from where it began by getting into your lymph system. Once it gets there, it can travel to other parts of your body through the lymph vessels. And, at last, if cancer spreads through blood, it travels from where it began to other parts of the body through your blood vessels.
