Sleep
Get at least seven to eight hours of uninterrupted sleep every night. Be consistent with your bedtime, and make sure your bed and bedroom are comfortable and quiet.

Relaxing activities
Regularly indulging in light exercise or activities you enjoy can help manage stress.
Limit the use of phone
Consuming too much news or social media can be a source of stress. It may help to limit your use.
Phototherapy
Also known as light therapy, it is a safe and easy way to manage atopic dermatitis. It involves the use of ultraviolet B (UVB) rays, which are believed to act on nerve endings that make you feel itchy.
According to studies, at least 93 per cent of those using UVB for eczema report relief after several weeks of treatment.
Topical oatmeal
When you apply oatmeal to the skin, it can help relieve itching. It also clears dead skin, reduces dryness, and supports your skin's protective barrier. Experts say oatmeal is a common ingredient in moisturisers as well.
To use it naturally, just add a cup of colloidal oatmeal to a lukewarm bath or make a paste to apply directly to your skin.
Cold compress
A cold compress is one of the best ways to help calm your affected skin from itching and discomfort. To make a cold compress, you can soak a towel in extremely cold water, wring it out, and apply it to itchy areas.
Thereafter, do not forget to apply a layer of moisturizer.
