When we are caught up with our day-to-day life, working, taking care of our responsibilities and finding time to help others, our mental health often gets ignored. Many times we make mistakes and end up feeling like we do everything wrong and always need corrections. This train of thought often leads to dark places. That is not only detrimental to our mental health but also bags on our self-esteem and brings us down. But you must remind yourself of a few things. These things will be your anchor out of a bad place if you ever find yourself there.
Self-care is not selfish
It's essential to prioritize your well-being. Schedule time for activities you enjoy, whether it's reading a book, taking a relaxing bath, or spending time with loved ones. A recharged you are better equipped to handle life's challenges.
You are not alone
Everyone experiences mental health challenges at some point. Don't be afraid to reach out for help from friends, family, a therapist, or a mental health hotline. Talking about your struggles is a sign of strength, not weakness.
Two things can be true at the same time
You can feel overwhelmed and capable, stressed and loved. Acknowledge all your emotions, both positive and negative. This validation helps you process your feelings in a healthy way.

Even in the darkest moments, remember that this too shall pass. Challenges are temporary, and you have the strength to overcome them. There is always hope for a brighter future
